Since its foundation in 1961, Samyang Food Group has prioritized taste and health, leading the advancement of the Korean food industry. We are taking our first steps as Samyang Roundsquare in our journey to become a global Samyang.
Over the past 60 years, starting with the commitment to solve domestic food shortages, Samyang has led Korean food culture innovation through diverse trials and challenges. In 2012, we achieved the creation of a K-Food culture enjoyed by people worldwide with our mega-brand, Buldak Ramen.
Now, Samyang Food Group aims to leap further as an official group structure under the name Samyang Roundsquare, with the determination to create unprecedented new values in the world through a symbiotic relationship between the endless possibilities of food culture and ceaseless scientific research and innovation.
Going forward, Samyang Roundsquare will strengthen bio R&D based on food science and culture, preparing for a sustainable future through the development of not just food but also personalized functional ingredients, alternative meats, and eco-friendly packaging. At the same time, we will bring about innovation in food services by building a global distribution network, providing healthier food to people around the world. Through these endeavors, we aim to further expand the path of global Samyang beyond Korea.
Samyang Roundsquare has declared its vision to be a company that serves as 'Food for Thought,' filling life and the future. We will continue to strive to become a group that makes the world richer and healthier, not just through delicious and nutritious food but also by providing food for thought.
